{"id":24,"date":"2020-12-17T12:38:28","date_gmt":"2020-12-17T12:38:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/e-rihs.itam.cas.cz\/wp\/?p=24"},"modified":"2023-11-08T15:48:14","modified_gmt":"2023-11-08T15:48:14","slug":"smysl-teto-stranky","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/e-rihs.cz\/wp\/?p=24","title":{"rendered":"What is E-RIHS.CZ"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-8\" src=\"https:\/\/e-rihs.cz\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Logo_E-RIHScz_mi-e1611755574613-300x50.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"50\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>E-RIHS.CZ is a research infrastructure for Heritage Science, and it is designed as a full-fledged national node of European Research Infrastructure for Heritage Science (E-RIHS).\u00a0 The Institute of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic \u2013 the leading host institution \u2013 is already involved in E-RIHS activities on a European level through its involvement in H2020 projects\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.e-rihs.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">E-RIHS PP<\/a>\u00a0and<a href=\"http:\/\/www.iperionhs.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0IPERION HS<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p>The need to incorporate technical disciplines and humanities in the field of cultural heritage research has led to the formation and emergence of a new scientific discipline in recent decades \u2013\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Heritage_science\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Heritage Science<\/a>\u00a0(link to Wikipedia).<\/p>\r\n<p>Due to the interdisciplinary character of Heritage Science, there is a need for involvement and cooperation of a wide range of research institutions.
